Moving to a new Adobe? Congratulations. So, what do you want in your new home? Oceanview, huge bedrooms, big backyard...? Before you move in, did you check everything properly? Like basic facilities, the crime rate of your new locality, mobile network, leaky faucet, water, and electricity supply?
No!
Don't worry. Take a step back and quickly recheck the basic amenities that might be needed in the future with the things you need to check before moving into your new home.

1. How is the mobile network in the new location? It is very important to have a good mobile network of the service that you are availing or else you might not be able to call anyone in need.

2. Check the distance of some basic services from your new home. Those include -
Basic services - School, Hospital, Grocery/Departmental Stores, and banks.

Next comes the Recreational centers such as parks, malls, and other hangout zones.

3. Proper supply of water and electricity should be available. The drainage of the toilet, kitchen, other sinks, and roofs should also be checked for no surprises later on.
4. Ventilation
Though everything is mechanically controlled nowadays, proper sunlight and air circulation are very important for your good health and o to keep your home fresh and free from germs. So, make sure that you have enough windows in every room of your new home.

5. Be aware of the crime rate of the locality that you are moving in. Check beforehand with your friends or through the internet how the locality is in terms of security, cleanliness, and friendliness.

6. If you are moving to a gated community, be sure to check out the rules and regulations of that campus; whom to bring over, how long you can stay outside, and so on. It is also best to check how compatible you might be with your neighbors. You don't want to keep shuffling homes over small disputes or misunderstandings.

7. If you have finalized the house in which you want to move-in then roughly measure the interiors of the rooms of your new home. This will help to place your furniture without any trouble and not have a puzzle to solve later.

8. Don't be fooled.
Keep a note of faulty facilities, dents, and holes in the wall in the new house (if there are any) so that you are not charged extra or accused falsely of damaging the house. Don't compromise and don't be fooled to pay extra. Also, ask the local people to see what is the price of the locality is before booking an agent or broker so that you get a house within your budget and are not being fooled.
